A few ways to grow with us.

We are adding team members with excellent people skills, that will enjoy working in a fast paced work environment. Jobs will be part-time and/or full-time seasonal, we are willing to be flexible with student schedules after full time needs are filled. Our seasonal team generally works March through October (weather dependent), and the weekend of Black Friday (Christmas Trees).

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service!
  • Answering phones, returning messages, and emails.
  • Operation of Point of Sale system (checking out customers)
  • Inventory management (counting inventory and stocking shelves)
  • Keeping the office clean and organized
  • Assisting the team with various projects around the nursery (some light labor)
  • Maintaining one of the most well-kept nursery facilities in the State

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old to start.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 35lbs, and willing to perform some light labor.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
  • Must have, or be willing to learn basic plant knowledge.
  • Must be great with people, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
  • Must be willing to work Saturdays during our busy season (April-September), we are closed on Sundays except during Christmas Trees.
  • Must bring a positive attitude to a team that likes to work hard and have fun.

We expect all members of our team to take great pride in hard work, and be adaptable to an environment where duties and priorities often change.  Permanent positions (with benefits) and advancement opportunities are available to those that prove they are the right fit.

Pay ranges from $16.00-$21.00 and is based on experience, availability, and performance.

  • Assisting the team with various projects around the nursery (some light labor)
  • Maintaining one of the most well-kept nursery facilities in the State

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old to start.

We are looking to add folks to our team that enjoy working outside, rain or shine, and will thrive in a physical, fast paced, and sometimes dirty work environment. Jobs will be part-time and/or full-time seasonal, we are willing to be flexible with student schedules after our full time needs are met. Our seasonal team generally works from March through October (weather dependent), and the Black Friday weekend for (Christmas Trees).

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing shipments of trees, shrubs, and hard goods (digging holes, shrink wrapping root balls, mulching, etc.)
  • Sales and customer service.
  • Management of nursery stock (pulling orders, restocking material, organizing plants in greenhouses and other displays, etc.)
  • Assisting the team with various projects around the nursery.
  • Maintaining one of the most well-kept nursery facilities in the State.
  • Using equipment ranging from hand tools and shovels, to heavy machinery and everything in between.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years old to start, 18 to run equipment.
  • Must be capable of lifting 50lbs repeatedly, and willing to perform other physically demanding tasks. This is a labor intensive job.
  • Must be willing to work Saturday during our busy season (March-September)
  • Must bring a positive attitude to a team that likes to work hard and have fun.

We expect all members of our team to take great pride in hard work, and be adaptable to an environment where duties and priorities often change.  Permanent positions (with benefits) and advancement opportunities are available to those that prove they are the right fit.

Pay ranges from $17.50-$21.00 and is based on experience, availability, and performance.

This is the perfect first job? We are looking for people that enjoy spending their days outside, and are eager to learn and become part of a fun, hardworking team. Watering may be one of the simplest jobs at the Nursery, but it is also one of the most important. This is a seasonal job and is based on current weather and crop conditions.

Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years old to start.
  • Daily hand watering trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Reliability (punctuality, focus, on time, great attendance, etc.)
  • Must be a good team member willing to listen and communicate with co-workers.
  • Must be willing to spend most of the day on your feet, and perform some light labor (moving hoses, etc.)
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Season generally runs from April through October and is weather dependent.

Pay ranges from $15.16-$18.00 and is based on experience, availability, and performance.
